Drink. In London in 2000 I moved from my initial flat in Baker Street [Sidenote: Didn't you visit me there??] to the Notre Dame student residences in Bayswater, then when the semester ended in May I had an emergency move to a tiny spare room in a co-worker's place in Kew Gardens, and then two months after that I moved into a big share house with Rodd and some other guys in Hammersmith. It was tiring.

Not drink. Not drink.

First time I've checked this blog in a while, and now we're having drinks!

Moved:
6/94 Durham NC to Fairfax VA
9/94 Fairfax VA to Newport RI
3/95 Newport RI to Silverdale WA
10/95 Silverdale WA to Bremerton WA
6/96 Bremerton WA to Seattle WA
10/96 Seattle WA to Orlando FL
5/97 Orlando FL to Saratoga Springs NY
11/97 Saratoga Springs NY to Seattle WA

More moving in between and afterwards, but mostly on ships. Wheh; need another drink; I certainly drank enough during the above time period.

mmm, good answers so far.

trace, i like that you're playing it for real, and just drinking your fool head off with no explanation. you grabbed an electric fence? c'mon, more! mine was in one of those human chains - have you ever done that? if you line 8 people up, you hold hands, and you can feel the current through all the bodies.

gottagetyerself
gottagetyerself
gottagetyerselfconnected.

howie, yes, that was the flat i stayed at with crawf. that was a nice trip. also, you had me hooked on digestives (for anyone who doesn't know what those are, that sounds pretty creepy).

tricia - holy balls!

not drink. not drink. drink. I used to work at a farm during high school and one of our favorite pranks would be to grab on the electric fence (they were little portable ones, not high-powered)then grab someone else, because only the last person feels the shock. It was funniest to do when there were a few people standing near it because it would be a mad scramble to not be the last in the chain. bbbzzzzzzp! It sounds kind of demented now that I'm writing it down.
