gymbos: please advise
you have to listen to something at the gym. you HAVE to, right, ipod nation? please tell me what it is. preferably, very up-tempo. currently, i am between jt's justified (here we go, '02!) and the go! team. please distract me from the pain that is 3 miles of running or eliptical work by singing sweet noths in my ear(buds).

I usually listen to podcasts; that way my mind gets a workout as well.

kris, i'd love that! he teaches bootcamp? what a badass. i believe i have "november boots", but nothing else.
swartz - i'd also love that. techno helps. i have some of it, which i don't listen to outside of it, except when i rave.
chin - me too! i'm super hot for the ricky gervais show right now.
A) Could somebody explain to me how podcasts work? Do they only work for ipods? I'm a Creative Labs girl. Also I am stoops.
B) I have a workout mix I made about a year ago and I'm in need of a new one so I can't wait to hear what other people say. I am never hip to new music, so on my current mix I have "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" by Stevie Wonder, "P Control" by Prince, and "A Little Less Conversation (A Little More Action)" by Elvis, and "Whatever Makes You Weak" by Alice Temple among others.
okay, no judging right?
will smith "switch"
puffy "breath stretch shake"
nelly "ride wit me"
madonna "music"
j.lo "get right"
i may be old school and shit,
but i can work it ooooout
ps.
isn't it friday night?
i am in this time
